Are these prices fixed?
These are starting points based on typical project scope. Final pricing is always confirmed after a conversation about your specific needs — some projects come in below these numbers, some go above. You'll always know the full cost before work begins.
What's included in the SEO work?
Every tier includes on-page SEO at minimum — meta tags, canonical URLs, image alt text, and a sitemap. Growth and above include advanced JSON-LD schema markup and Google Search Console setup. Premium adds AI-ready schema and full structured data architecture.
Do you work with clients outside of Illinois?
Absolutely. The Digital Oak works with clients across the US. Everything is handled remotely — design reviews, revisions, and communication all happen online.
How long does a project take?
A Starter site typically takes 1–2 weeks. A Growth site runs 3–5 weeks. Premium projects are 6–10 weeks depending on scope. Timelines are confirmed during scoping and depend on how quickly feedback and content are provided.
What platforms do you build on?
Custom-coded sites are deployed via Netlify and GitHub. E-commerce projects are built on Wix or Shopify depending on your needs. Platform selection is part of the strategy conversation — we'll recommend what's right for your business, not what's easiest for us.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. A 50% deposit is required to begin work on any project. The remaining balance is due upon completion before the site goes live. Payment plans are available for larger projects — just ask.
